I called for a tune-up because the door had gotten louder over the last few months. The technician check the garage door, adjusted it, lubricated the moving parts, and showed me a cable that was starting to wear. The service was overall professional and easy to deal with. No pressure or upsell.

Our garage door suddenly started making a terrible squeaking sound. Champion came out the same day and found the problem with the tracks and rollers. They got everything fixed and the door sounded much better once they’re done. Really appreciated the quick service

I thought we just needed a new garage door, but the repairman was able to get it working again. He replaced the rollers, a couple of hinges and adjusted the tacks. He then tested the door and went over everything with me. Everything was done professionally and the area was left clean.

He explained what’s causing the issue, replaced the all the rollers and lubricated the door, which is now is noticeably quieter and no longer shakes. Tal was great! Worked with my schedule and came out earlier than expected. I appreciated the clear communication and follow to make sure everything was working correctly. He got my remotes reset and aligned the tracks. Everything is working heat now!
