We have had this exact problem. Companies calming to be us and scamming our customers. We called the number on the website; I scheduled an appointment at my own home and had them come out. The man stood in my driveway and told me he worked for Wayne Dalton. I work for Wayne Dalton and have for ten years… I did not know this man. It’s so frustrating, because they do bad work and people think it’s us. This should be regulated.
